SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
  • Orders are processed daily. However, the current processing times are 3-10 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email or by text. The first update on your tracking number will say "shipping label created." This does not mean your order is instantly released to the USPS.
  • If there are any delays please check your tracking number or contact USPS.
  • Processing times do not include weekends, which means all orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped out within the 2-7 business day time frame.
RETURN ITEMS
  • While we do our best to accommodate all skin types we know there are situations that may lead to questions about returns. We have a strict no return policy due to sanitary purposes, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 5 business days after your order has been delivered.  
  • If there are any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 10 days to have any concerns addressed. After 10 days, we are not liable for any issues regarding your order. There will be no refunds after 10 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGES

We now offer Insurance that can be applied at checkout to your order. We strongly suggest applying this feature to protect your items during transit.
    • For any questions concerning how to file a damaged, lost, or stolen package claim please email info@aneapothecary.com with your order number, first and last name, and 3 photos of the visible damage of your order.
    • For convenience please report package damage within 3 days of delivery.
